店内入っても知らん顔。こちらから声をかけても反応薄い。窓サイズ、住所を伝えて、見積りをお願いするが、やりとり全てやる気ない。立ったまま30分以上待ち、出てきた見積りについて質問しても、回答が全てハッキリしない。質問を質問で返す。施工費が含まれておらず、施工費は？と聞いても、これもまたハッキリしない。小さな声でボソボソと相手も不安そうに話す。分からないなら、分かる人に確認します。とか、ハッキリ答えてくれたらいいのに。とてもプロの仕事と思えない。信頼できない。不安で仕方ない。早急に施工をお願いしたいと考えていたが、ここのお店はやめました。やはり、物をお願いするとしても、人が大事ですね。
