★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４０年前の賑わっていた頃は、2階の書店や1階のテナントも玩具屋まであったのですが、今は何となく中途半端な遺産みたいな感じ。何かアイディアを出してリニューアルしないとこのままフェードアウトかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンビル、正式名称を岩手県産業会館と言います。岩手の農協が建てたビルの１階にあるショッピングセンターです。
大通東側のランドマークとして有名ですが、かつては2階に盛岡では有名な東山堂書店が出店したことがあったり盛況でした。
現在はJA全農いわて直営の「純情ショップ」と数件のテナント、宝くじチャンスセンターのみの営業ですが、実はテナントの一軒「ふじ美苑」はあの歌手の福田こうへいさんが働いていたことで有名。夏には浴衣の着付けなどもやってます。
閉店時のシャッターには盛岡の風景が描かれてます。これも朝の散歩のみどころにいかがでしょうか？

Currently, it is only operated by JA Zenno Iwate's “Junjo Shop”, several tenants, and the Lottery Chance Center, but in fact the tenant “Fuji Biei” is famous for the fact that Kohei Fukuda worked for that singer. . I also wear yukata in summer.

ブーツのかかとを側溝の穴に落としてすっかり剥けてしまいました。気に入っていた履きやすいブーツを直してはきたいと思い、初めて行くの修理屋さんでしたが、勝負！と思って頼んでみました。
二週間ほど時間はかかりましたが、丁寧に革貼りで直していただきました。購入した時よりもお洒落な靴に仕上がりました。「革に合わせた色を作るのに苦労したのよ。」と、おしゃべり好きのおじいさんが、色作りの職人技を披露してくれました。
テレビ東京の和風総本家の「日本っていいな」をリアルで見せていただいた感じです。((笑))
２か月履いていますが、一度また側溝の溝にかかとを落としました。はがれも傷もつかなくていい感じに履けています。皮でかかと部分を作っていただいたので丈夫ですし、ブーツと同じ靴墨でお手入れできてとてもいいです。
某店で直してもらった「かかとの底」が３ミリほど大きくはみ出た仕上がりになっていて、歩いては引っ掛かり、運転するのにも車内で引っ掛かって不自由していました。その靴のかかとも歩きやすく直してくれました。
次からはかかと直しとか、中敷きのお直しなども、このおじいさんに頼もうと思います。
領収書をもらったら、お店の名前が「サンビル靴修理」でした。

３階の屋上にはコーヒーカップの乗り物があり、お袋さんと乗った記憶があります。
またあの時の活気が出ると良いですね。
