その後担当が変わり対応が非常に遅く悪かった。他でたのべばよかったです。他のお店ではもう手元に届いていたでしょう。
季節も変わりました。
仕事で使う物だったので、もの凄く迷惑しました！
制作に入ると言ってからの放置はどうかと思う。わからない事や不手際があったなら連絡するのが常識の様な気がしますが？
遅いので連絡したら何もしていなかったのはどう言う事？
加害者が表向きな謝罪してビジネストーク(謝れば許される)しても、過ぎた時間や不快な気持ちは取り戻せません
今後はなくても、手元に商品はありません。
やられた被害者の心傷や、取り戻せ無い時間は謝って許されるのでしょうか 警察も弁護士もいらないですね。
