剣	剣菱悠理（らんる） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は安定してますが、スタッフがあまり安定していないと感じるお店です。よくお客さんが、お茶と何回か呼んでるのを目にします。お店の作りじたいがスタッフの目が行き届かないのかと思うこともあり。食事提供時間は、普通のお店より遅いです。和風ですが、ケーキセットなどもあり、地方の食材など使った料理などあり、食べるのが楽しみなお店です。星評価は、スタッフ評価で、味は星４個です！ The taste is stable, but the staff feels that it is not very stable. I often see customers calling it tea several times. Sometimes I want to create a store, but the staff may not be able to keep an eye on it. Meals are served later than regular restaurants. Although it is Japanese style, there are cake sets and other dishes made with local ingredients, so it is a fun place to eat. The star rating is a staff rating, and the taste is 4 stars!

The salmon and shirasu of the seafood bowl is GOOD. It was sold out, but I wanted to eat oyster nabeyaki udon .. The customers around me ordered Nabeyaki udon, so it may be for sale here. It may not be accepted by those who want udon noodles to be crunchy, but it tasted good to me.
T	Timtim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際はマイナス評価です。手打ちの蕎麦の風味もなにもなく、手打ちではないと思うし、出汁がしょっぱく飲めためのではありません。昼間のスタッフさんとは違い夕方のスタッフの若い女性はバイトであれ教育が行き届いていません。きつねうどんと言ったのに、うどんは何にしますか？と直ぐに聞かれびっくりしました。天丼と温かいお蕎麦のセットと子どもはきつねうどんを頼んだところ、天丼とお蕎麦のセットが先に来ました。なぜ天丼が先なのかわかりませんし、普通子どものオーダーを先に持ってくるのではないでしょうか。裏での話が筒抜けで｢店長、盛り蕎麦って何ですか？」とその女性スタッフが聞いているのには唖然としました。チェーン店ではあるけれど、百貨店に入っているのなら、もっとスタッフの教育、味はちゃんとしたものを出して欲しいと思ったし、こんな店には二度と行きたくありません。 Actually it is a negative evaluation. R	Reef 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百貨店にはいっているチェーン店なのであまり期待せずに入りましたが、席もゆったりしていてコロナ対策もしっかり出来ていました。なんと言っても頼んだ鍋焼うどんがとても美味しかったです。春菊がいい味のアクセントになっていて、ちょっと口の狭めの土鍋が、最後まで熱さを保ってくれていました。カレー蕎麦もスパイスの効いたいい味をしていました。ちょっと蕎麦が柔らかめだったので、次回は固めにとリクエストしたいです。紙エプロンまで出してくれる配慮がうれしかったです。追加で頼んだ明太子ご飯もついてきた高菜もクオリティが高かったです。 It's a chain store that is in a department store, so I didn't expect much, but the seats were spacious and I was able to take measures against corona.
