★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月29日金曜日に行ってきました。用事が遅くなり、誰も居ない時間帯でした。皆さんの言うとおり、素晴らしい食事になりました。焼きハマグリは開かないねと思っていたら、無理に明けてでも、汁が残っている方が美味しい、乾いてしまったからと、2個追加してくれた。汁がない方も後の小さい方も、素晴らしいおいしさ。ハマグリってこんなに美味しかったんだと、思い知らされました。ホタテもイワシの丸干しも、アジの刺身もツブ貝の刺身も素晴らしかった。機会があったら又行きます。おかみさん（よめさん？）もおばあちゃんも、有り難う御座いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ツーリングの途中浜焼バーベキューができると言うことで立ち寄りました。なかに入ると、一人バーベキューをしていて、自分たちも好きなものをオーダーし今日は海老がないと言うことで、ハマグリを1個ずつサービスをしてもらいました。有名店ではないので、庶民的値段でした。機会があればまた行ってみたいです。新鮮で旨し。?

朝から空いてます。
マダムが暖かい緑茶を何度も淹れてくださいます。ロングライドで寒かったので沁みました。
貝が入り口に育てられてて、つい注目されてしまいますが、イワシ、これに尽きます。
イワシの丸焼き、丸干しは是非頼んでください。生イワシは入荷がない時があるので、その時は諦めてください。
イワシを食べたら、あ、これはイワシないと海の食物連鎖が成り立たないなと気づくはずです。それくらい美味い。
イワシのなめろうももしあれば頼んでください。
レモンが付いてくるのですが、絞ると味変してこれもまた激うまです。
ハマグリラーメンもあっさりしていて美味です。
冷えた体や、脱水しかけた体に沁みます。

7月某日
チャリンコの格好でちょいちょい片道80キロかけて行くので、マダムから「よく来ていただいて」と顔認識いただけるまでになりました。
この日頂いたのは鰯の刺身と生牡蠣でした。
両方今までで一番上手いイワシと牡蠣でした。
値段もそんな高くないですし、このクオリティなら納得でした。

バーベキューセット(1人前)とサザエ×2を二人で食べて腹八分目のちょうどよい量で、税込み3,700円はお得感がある。
家庭的な雰囲気のお店で、親しみやすく、ちょっと小旅行に来た気分です。
貝類に醤油を垂らしグツグツやるのが醍醐味。もう、すぐ目の前に美女がいるのに焦らされているような感覚を覚え、僕はまだかまだかと鉄板の上に恋い焦がれるのでした。
あ、支払い方法についてですが、現金の他、PayPay使えました。
クレジットカードや他のPayは使えなさそうです。
美味しいランチを今日もいただき幸せでした。

奥さんの対応が優しくていい店だなってわかりました^_^
はまぐりも大きく料理方法なども気さくに教えてもらって。はまぐり キロ\2000
牡蠣もありました。
帰って美味しかったら星5だな〜^_^
今度来た時は食事をしてみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「自分で焼く」の看板で伺いました。焼き蛤は焼き方をおかあさんが丁寧に教えてくれます目の前で自分が焼いたハマグリは格別です。大きくて身もふっくら!汁の旨味が口の中で広がって、とっても幸せになれます。イワシ干も丸々で、脂がのって頭からしっぽまで最高です。
ハマグリとイワシのつみれが入った九十九里ラーメンもおいしかった。ただ漁の関係があるので仕方ありませんがイワシの刺し身と桜貝が無かったのが残念です。また伺いますね

自分で焼くスタイルです。とにかくハマグリが美味しい。大きさも大きく甘味と旨味が口に広がります。何個でも食べれてしまいそうなぐらい！初めて本物のハマグリを食べたという感覚でした！
ハマグリだけでなく色々な海鮮も楽しめます！ホタテやホッキ貝も大ぶりで甘味と旨味がすごいです。お刺身や干物等もたまらない美味しさです。〆はハマグリラーメンを是非！
千葉県の松尾駅から距離はありますが、行く価値ありです！
