★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空手教室の師範は色んな人生経験を教えてくれ、楽しいです。スポーツは精神療法になるかもしれません、レクリエーション療法にスポーツが含まれてるらしいです。効果あるとするならば素敵ですね☀️注(実行するのかは本人が決めて下さいね?無理もしないでくださいね?
The karate class instructor teaches me various life experiences and it is fun. Sports may be psychotherapy, recreational therapies seem to include sports. It would be nice if it works ☀️ Note (It is up to you to decide whether to do it ? Don't overdo it ?
