まず、ロケーションが最高だ。丘の斜面に立つ客席はまるで天空のレストラン。遠くには木曽の山々と南アルプスを眺めながら、ゆったりとイタリアンを愉しむ。
様々な食材と調味料がとにかく絶妙なバランスで施されている。普通のサラダと思うなかれ、生ハムの塩味とドレッシングの酸味が俊逸。濃厚なクリームソースが絡んだほうれん草のフェトチーネには、そのコントラストに唸る。
出先でふと、この落ち着いた雰囲気と素敵なイタリアンに出会えた幸運に感謝。
