根生姜 購入。ちょっと湿っていたので陰干しして使用してます。
いつも購入してくるのが麹。甘酒作ると最高に美味しいです。香りも最高

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣の生産者さんの野菜や加工品が安価で手に入り「道の駅感」を漂わせています。野菜・盆栽・切り花・キノコ類・自然薯が天然と栽培物が有りました。季節柄「しもつかれ」が有り購入、あっさり系の味でしたよ。
BGMが演歌で田舎感を醸し出してました。
