何度かお伺いしていますが、接客は店員によりかなり差があります。なので、嫌な思いをすることもあります。。。

接客も親身になって相談に乗ってくれるので、とても安心です。

他店との比較のつもりでカーテンなど探していると、ご主人と奥さん(と思われる方)から、カーテン購入に関する懇切丁寧なご指導をいただきました。
聞けば、東北の福島や伊豆からカーテン等を買いにお客さんが何度もお店に来るようです。私と妻がお店に居る間中お客さんがひっきりなしにお店に出入りして駐車場も一杯でした。
今日教えていた事を参考にしてカーテン選びをしようと思います。
こちらでの購入も当然考えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築戸建のためのカーテンをオーダーするために伺いました。Fisbaの見積を出していただきたかったのですが、「最高峰のメーカーでとても高価だけど大丈夫かしら？」というようなことを何度も聞かれ、ショールームでもらったサンプルを出しても本題に入ってもらえず。最初は我慢していましたが、終始馬鹿にした態度を取られ耐えられず店を出てきました。20代で、お金を持っていないと思われたのでしょうか？(もしそうだとしたら人を見た目で判断すること自体どうかと思いますが)
私も小売業に従事しており、ニーズの聞き出しやお客様に寄り添うということを大切にしているため、正反対の対応をされてとても不愉快でした。他の方々からの評価が高いのが不思議で仕方がないです。価格の安さだけではなく、"どんな人からものを買うか"ということにも価値を持たれている方には、全くおすすめできません。

デザインの多さもさることながら、機能や特徴も詳しく教えてくれて大変参考になります。
実は20数年前、こちらでお世話になったのですが、未だほころぶこともなく使っています。
レースのカーテンは何度も洗濯したので、少しダメージが出てしまいましたが、縫製がしっかりしていたので今まで使用に耐えていたのだと思います。
今回、引っ越し先に付けるカーテンを探しに回って、住宅メーカーやホームセンターを見て、最後に伺いました。
カーテンはサンプルカタログだけでは全体像が分かりにくいので、ヒロさんのようにほぼ原寸で展示してあるととても分かりやすく、レースと合わせるにも大変参考になりました。
国産から輸入品、それもヨーロッパ、中東、インド他、レースも同様、迷います。
1階が国産、2階が国産の高めの商品と海外商品がぎっしり展示してあります。
ブラインド、ロールスクリーンもあり、参考になります。
駐車場はお店の並びにあります。
