★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水道局検針時にパイロットが回っていて水漏れの指摘を受けました。築後30年するハウスメーカーの戸建で、よく知る業者もなくネットで調べ自宅近くこちらの工務店にお願いしました。お独りでいらして浴室周りの屋外地下埋設配管からの漏水とのことで、親切に現況を見せてくださり埋設配管が腐食劣化していました。雨の日にも関わらずお独りでもくもくと作業してくださり最後に掘削した外構部もモルタルで復元していただき本当に丁寧な作業で地元密着型の業者さんです。また、なにかあったら相談させていただきます。お値段も納得のいくものだと感じました。ハウスメーカー経由で修理をお願いすると時間も費用もかかったのではないかとおもいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日も携帯までご連絡くださいとWebに記載しているにも関わらず、工務店様より折り返しお電話をいただいた際に、それで何の用？二度とかけてくんな。と突然暴言を吐かれて大変驚き人格を疑いました。いくら丁寧な仕事をするとしてもあまりに態度が悪く接客に向いていないと思います。
星ひとつもつけたくない気持ちです。

Suddenly, I was very surprised and doubted my personality. No matter how polite the work is, I think that the attitude is too bad and it is not suitable for customer service.
