最終的には返ってきたが、その間一年強。
その間に、状況説明の手紙が一回くるも後は放置。こちらから確認をいれて、やっと対応(盗まれた時計は警察を通じ返却されたが、店舗側が放置)。
社長らしき方にも店舗で対応頂くも、私はよくわからないと他人事扱い。
結局手元に返されはしましたが、熱い思いで購入した気持ちは冷めてしまい、そういう思いを理解しない店舗にも二度と入りたくありません。
Previously, a used watch that was sent for repair immediately after purchase was stolen (one of the staff took it away).
Eventually it came back, but during that time it was a little over a year.
In the meantime, a letter explaining the situation came once, but the rest was left alone. After confirming from here, I finally responded (the stolen watch was returned through the police, but the store left it).
Even if the person who seems to be the president responds at the store, if I do not understand well, I will treat it as another person.
In the end, it was returned to me, but my passion for purchasing it cooled down, and I don't want to go to a store that doesn't understand that feeling again.
