Soap, shampoo and conditioner are not always available and must be brought or bought at the reception. It costs 480 yen for a bath only, and an additional 100 yen for a sauna and a cold bath. There is even an open-air bath (Kuroyu) with a large TV on the 3rd floor, and you can enjoy the feeling of openness to the extent that you can feel the wind.
What impressed me most was the luxurious flow of black water from the source, which is pumped up from 99m underground.
There is no doubt that even hot spring enthusiasts will be satisfied with the quality of this spring.
It is a very soft and slimy hot spring, and the transparency is 2 cm (it disappears when you sink your hand 2 cm), which is a dark black hot spring (it takes as much as a mall spring).
I just wanted to see it in Bura Tamori, but I didn't think I could meet such a wonderful hot spring.
There is also a mist sauna on the 2nd floor, and I was surprised that there was such a luxurious bath in a public bath in Tokyo.

The temperature of the hot water is just right, and you can enjoy 100% black hot water, which is rare in Tokyo.
However, the big TV in the open-air bath on the 2nd floor, which is the highlight spot of the finest black water, always shows baseball programs and variety shows. I think it's ruining the comfortable open-air bath time.
If you want to broadcast on TV, I would like you to at least play relaxing programs such as "See the World by Train", "See the World by Train" or "Kinshio".

Old-fashioned entertainment public bath. Adults 480 yen Free for 2 infants Sauna is +100 yen with towels. The hot water is quite strong. The deep color and thick black water are luxuriously poured. The observation bath of Ichinoyu is wide and has a TV. It's quite relaxing. Since the opening date for men and women is fixed, check the website. The water bath is chilled, and the electricity should be applied to the lower back, but it is so powerful that the abdominal muscles hurt. The facility is old but quite good. It's nice that the lockers are big. Hair dryer 10 yen. However, it is difficult to atrophy a little due to a lot of local rules. The second floor is a restaurant with karaoke, which is typical of Kamata culture.

Natural hot spring public bath.
It's an area that I haven't had many chances to visit, but I stopped by after seeing the plum blossoms at Ikegami Plum Garden. Since I was looking at the image, I had high expectations that it would be wide and beautiful.
It's a pretty good gate.
When I entered, it was unexpectedly old-fashioned from the lobby.
If you buy a bathing ticket and a towel rental ticket at the ticket vending machine and ask at the front desk for soaps
"There is nothing"
Token was also dealt with. Like soaps, I don't care about it because it doesn't seem to be bad.
The locker is a vertical two-tiered locker, which is rather large.
When I took off my clothes and entered the bathroom, it was unexpectedly small, contrary to the locker.
Probably it was added and added without the overall renovation. It had a mysterious structure.
There is a large bathtub, hot spring bath, sauna on the first floor, and a cold bath outside.
The 2nd floor is a steam sauna, and the 3rd floor is an open-air bath with a view. It was closed in winter, so it is unclear what kind of scenery you can see from the 3rd floor of the public bath in the city.
Everywhere in the hall is called Showa Retro, it's old-fashioned anyway.
It's not filthy, but I'm worried about the high places on the walls, the darkening of the ceiling, and the sticking of dirt from the ventilation fan. The tiles are darkened around the floor because the hot springs are black hot springs, so this is unavoidable (the old Shinjuku 12-sha hot springs were blacker).
The exposed fluorescent lights shined brightly on the ceiling, giving the atmosphere of a bathroom in a hot spring inn.
The texture of the unhydrated source was very good. You can even feel the thickness. It is so black that you cannot see your body at all when it is submerged in hot water.
It would be the best public bath to enjoy only the hot springs.
A large number of young people are rushing to the popular public baths these days, and they are wearing hats that they don't understand and live in the sauna, so it can be easily identified. Their manners, which they are accustomed to taking a bath, are unexpectedly good.
Most of the customers at Sakurakan look like locals. An old man who has a leisurely conversation can be relaxed even if he sees it, but he feels a little worried about the time.
It's really hard to cool, which is probably the effect of hot springs. When I went outside while I was hot, the nobori of a Chinese restaurant called "Sakurakko", a sister restaurant, was fluttering in front of me.

It was really crowded probably because I went on New Year's Day. Waiting for lockers and bathtubs. The faucet is not available.
Everyone is standing at the front desk after going up. .. I can't go on a trip.
Sauna is an extra charge. There is something like a semi-open-air bath. There are jets, electricity, and water baths!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm torn about writing this review. On one hand, I don't want crowds of people to come and pack the place so it's harder to get in and enjoy, but on the other, this place is amazing.
Here goes. This sento is about a five to ten minute walk from ikegami station. The outside is picturesque with a sakura tree (per the namesake) right out in front. It (the sakura tree) is lit up pleasantly at night too. There are ample shoe lockers and shoe horns at either end of the lockers too. Inside there are two machines for entry tickets on either side of the door. There is a small waiting area with a bench and a couple seats. There is a small fridge with bottled water and a couple sodas as well as a vending machine with dairy products. There is also one massage chair behind a curtain to the side. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the staff are very kind and helpful.
The sento sides switch gender on a scheduled basis, but the two sides are essentially identical with the only differences being that one side has the sauna on the second floor (it is on the first floor on the other side) and there is no door between the natural black water onsen and the rest of the bathhouse on that side as well (the other side features an enclosed area with a sliding glass door on the first floor).
The sento locker rooms are large and spacious with ample room to walk around and not interfere with others. The lockers are pretty big as well. They have the typical keys attached to bracelets. There is a styling area with a hairdryer, large mirror, and two sinks on one side (I can't remember if it was different on the other side, but I think it was probably the same). There was also an electronic scale.
Inside the bath area are stools, bowls, and several rows of wash stations. On the ends of two rows are standalone showerheads that you can use to quickly rinse off on the way back out to the changing room as well. In addition, there was at least one shower stall on each side. Both sides feature two roughly 3x4m baths with jets and a denki buro (electric bath) in one of them. Denki buro is probably my favorite sento experience, and this one has a pretty high current running through it (a little higher than Daini Tengu if you are familiar with the area). Cool feature, this one is labeled in English (contrary to my first surprising experience with an electric bath!). Aside from the main baths, there is a separate area with natural black water onsen (spring). The temperature is just right hovering around 42 degrees Celsius. Finally, there is a long cold water bath (mizu buro) set outside of each bath area. They run about 1m deep, 5m long, and 1.5m wide with a nice stone tile and natural rock setting. There is also a shower nearby to rinse off before and/or after using the mizu buro. This is also convenient for cooling down a little before getting into the cold water. The entire bathing area is very clean and well kept.
I almost forgot to mention, there was also a TV in the locker room area with sports playing.
While the bath area is really nice, what sets this sento apart is the second floor. Upstairs is a small bar against the wall with four stools which you can sit on and connect to their free wifi to get some work done or surf the net. There is a small bench with a quaint selection of anime and a TV set to a local station in the first area. There is also a shave ice machine which I assume is used during the day (I tend to go at night). Behind the entry area is a small restaurant and bar. The food is pretty good and the prices are great to match. The staff are very nice and super attentive. If you don't want to sit at the bar, there is a tatami area with tables and cushions for you to sit at. In addition to the dining area, there is a small gaming niche with some slot machines and video poker.
Sakurakan is a really nice hidden gem if you're ever in the ikegami area and craving a cool sento experience!
