★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の駐車場の１画に来客用のバイク駐輪場を作って下さい。自転車と4輪はあってバイク駐輪場は無い。経済的に4輪を所有出来ない来客もいるのです。設置スペースは充分にあると見受けられます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都心の中なのにガーデンズと言われる位緑が豊富で広く、駐車場も半地下にあり、子供の遊び場もあり、外部者も泊まれる。清掃も行き届き、セキュリティも完備。桜上水駅から徒歩3～5分で近い。一見してみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前まで桜上水団地(昭和40年竣工)だった場所。団地になる前は牧場でした!
世田谷=住宅街と思われがちですが、駅名などに残っている以上に大学のキャンパスやグラウンドが区内に多く点在していました。田畑が多く土地に余裕があり、当時のあぜ道の名残りで今も道が曲がっていたりしています(なので一方通行が多かったりする次第です)。
山手線より西側は郊外だった時代なので桜上水も牧場だったのでしょう。因みに今の都庁辺りも前回のオリンピック頃までは淀橋浄水場があった場所になりますし、その近くには巨大なガスタンクが2つありました。

It is easy to think that Setagaya is a residential area, but there were more university campuses and grounds scattered throughout the ward than the station names. There are many fields and there is plenty of land, and the road is still curved due to the remnants of the road at that time (so it depends on the number of one-way streets).
Sakurajosui was probably a ranch because the west side of the Yamanote Line was in the suburbs. By the way, the area around the current Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building was the place where the Yodobashi Water Purification Plant was located until the time of the last Olympics, and there were two huge gas tanks near it.
