m	maaai y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末の慌ただしい最中に、夫が事故に遭いフロント部分が破損しました。※写真保険屋さんの指示で近くの修理工場に運んでもらいましたが、代車が用意できないとのこと。夫は勤務先まで車で通勤しているので、代車が無ければ話になりません。父親に相談したところ、北摂オートさんを紹介され、代車も手配してくださるとのことで、最初に預けた修理工場から、北摂オートさんに変更させてもらいました。箕面に本社がありますが、自宅が東大阪なので、近くの守口工場を案内してもらいました。何とか年末の最終営業日にギリギリ間に合い、年を越すことができ、本当に助かりました。お忙しい中、迅速にご対応いただきました山端さんに感謝いたします。今後、車検や点検なども、ぜひ北摂オートさんにお願いしたいと思います。追記：無事に修理が終わり、車が戻ってきました。とても綺麗に仕上げてくださり、本当にありがとうございました！写真付きの修理作業報告書もいただき、見えない部分まで確認出来たのも良かったです。引き続き、車検や定期点検もよろしくお願い致します。※写真3〜6枚目 During the busy end of the year, my husband had an accident and the front part was damaged. ※Photo I had the insurance company take me to a nearby repair shop, but I couldn't prepare a substitute car. When I consulted with my father, he was introduced to Mr. Hokusetsu Auto and he said that he would arrange a substitute car, so I changed from the repair shop I first entrusted to Mr. Hokusetsu Auto. The head office is in Minoh, but since my home is in Higashi Osaka, I was guided to a nearby Moriguchi factory. I managed to make it on the last business day at the end of the year, and I was able to pass the year, which was really helpful. We would like to thank Mr. Yamabata for his prompt response while he was busy. In the future, I would like to ask Mr. Hokusetsu Auto for vehicle inspections and inspections. Postscript: The repair was successfully completed and the car is back. Thank you so much for finishing it so beautifully!
