★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての行きました。焼き肉、すき焼き、しゃぶしゃぶ、ステーキがあり、暑い日だったのでステーキにしました。肉は柔らかくて甘く感じました。今度はすき焼きにしたいです。

よくテレビで口の中で溶けてなくなると言ってますが、まさにその通りです。
柔らかくて、美味しかったです。
連休初日でしたが、予約したおかげで
待ち時間なく席に着く事ができました。
I had a Chateaubriand course.
I often say on TV that it melts in my mouth and disappears, and that's exactly what it is.
It was soft and delicious.
It was the first day of consecutive holidays, but thanks to my reservation
I was able to get to my seat without waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はもちろん、ロケーションも良し、スタッフの笑顔も良し。とても満足のできるところです。米沢牛というと敷居が高い気がしますが、確かに値段はしますがそれでもこの満足感は他に変え難いと思います。米沢へお越しの際にはぜひご賞味ください。
Not only the taste but also the location is good and the smiles of the staff are also good. It's a very satisfying place. Yonezawa beef seems to have a high threshold, but it certainly costs a lot, but I think it's hard to change this satisfaction. Please try it when you come to Yonezawa.

お祝いプランで米沢牛を頂きましたが、コースのお肉は差額を支払えば増量することが出来ます。
今回は直前の健康診断でイエローが出たので、予約時に差額をお支払いするということで、油の少ないランプ肉150gに変更をお願いしましたが、量が少ないとのことで叶いませんでした。
コースのサーロイン80gは運ばれて来たときに増量すれば良かったかな？と感じましたが、とても柔らかく甘い脂で堪能しました。若い人はもう少し肉の量が欲しいと感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、私としては充分でした。
コースのスープやオードブルも美味しくデザートや誕生日プレートも良い思い出になりました。

This time, yellow came out at the last medical examination, so I asked to change to 150g of rump steak with less oil because I would pay the difference at the time of booking, but it did not come true because the amount was small.
Should I increase the amount of 80g of sirloin on the course when it is brought in? I felt that, but I enjoyed it with very soft and sweet fat. Some young people may want a little more meat, but that was enough for me.
The course soup and hors d'oeuvres were delicious, and the desserts and birthday plates were good memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金剛閣4階レストランからは、１月には珍しい晴天に恵まれ、絶景のパノラマを展望することができました。
金剛ハンバーグセットとビーフシチューを頂きました。
ハンバーグは肉汁溢れる美味しさと山葵で頂くミニステーキのプレートです。ビーフシチューは絶品です。
パンもとても美味しく、おかわりしてしまいました。
ごちそうさまでした。
From the restaurant on the 4th floor of Kongokaku, we were blessed with a rare sunny day in January and could enjoy a panoramic view of the magnificent view.
I had a Kongo hamburger set and beef stew.
The hamburger is a plate of mini steak that is full of gravy and is served with wasabi. The beef stew is excellent.
The bread was also very delicious and I had to refill it.
