勢いをつけて起き上がろうとすると腰に痛みが。
以前鍼治療をやってもらった場所は自宅からも遠く不便なので通勤経路で駅からも近いこちらに。数回通わないといけないかなと思っていましたが１回で痛みが取れました。
立ち仕事なのでそれ以降は身体のメンテの為に週に１回は通っています。

丁寧なヒアリングと的確な施術で事なきを得られたので、根本的に治療することに。
定休日がなく平日は21時まで営業しているので、仕事帰りと週末で週2〜3回の通院が無理なくできて、かなり体が楽になってきました。

首のむち打ちと腰の痛み、右の手首と膝が痛かったですが交通事故専門のマッサージと電気治療でだいぶ痛みが軽減して上を向けるようになってきました。
このまま放置すると後遺症も残るとのことなので痛みがなくなるまでは頑張って通いたいと思います。
先生達は治療技術だけでなく体の知識も豊富なので家での首のケアや腰のストレッチなども教えてくれるのでオススメですよ
