★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関西の派遣会社。 ここの派遣会社は近隣に仕事が無いと強制的に何百区キロという距離でも平気で強制転勤させられます。全く協議ということをしません。 この時点での選択肢は退職しか道は残されていません。 福利厚生も最悪です。 本人の了承なしに勝手に客先との派遣契約を継続させてしまいます。 ハローワークにて確認してみればわかることですが、給与もとても低く生活に困るくらい低いです。 人材を奴隷扱いされているようなものです。 自己都合による退職も認められません。うまく丸め込まれます。 このようなブラック会社には入社しないほうが無難です。又、他の派遣社員とのコミュニケーションは全くなし、当然組合もありません。
