テーブルからトイレまで清潔だし。
何故、星一個の評価があるのか、不思議。
手品を披露しに、常連さんから呼んでもらった身分で言うのは、あれだけど。
かなり良いお店。
店主さんは、お肉や料理をお客様に提供するタイミングを計算してくれていて、
マジでプロの接客でした✨
本当に気持ちよく、自分の演技を魅せられた、
お腹いっぱい‼️✨
ごちそうさまでした！！(*^^*)

レビューを始めて数年経ちますが、初めて酷評します。（実体験です）
特に小太りの韓国人の店員の接客が酷いです。
まずは、言葉遣いから学んだ方がいいかと…。
多少の言葉遣いならまだ許せますが、注文の際に『は？なに？』と上から言われます。
コロナ禍でマスク越しの注文ですと仕方ないかと思いますが、マスクもせずに営業している姿は許せません。
あの様子だといくらお店の味が良くても、総合的に印象最悪です。
お店を擁護しているコメントもありますが、私は2度と行きませんし、これ以上被害を受けてほしくないです。
また、営業中に店舗関係者or業者さんがお店に来たのですが、聞こえる声で『2度と来るな、早く失せろ』と言われてました。
お客さんのいる前でその様な態度を取るお店です。
厨房いる店主はまだ会話できますが、あの小太りの韓国人スタッフは本当に許せません。
最後に、他の方のコメントでもありますが、『接客が最悪なお店』なので星0です。
皆様大宮西口で焼肉を食べる時はお気をつけてください。

Especially, the customer service of a fat Korean clerk is terrible.
First of all, should I learn from the wording ...
I can still forgive some wording, but when ordering, "What? what? ] Is said from above.
I think it can't be helped if you order through a mask because of the corona, but I can't forgive you for being open without a mask.
No matter how good the taste of the restaurant is, the overall impression is the worst.
There are comments in support of the store, but I will never go and I don't want any more damage.
Also, a store official or a trader came to the store during business hours, but I heard a voice saying, "Don't come again, lose it soon."
It is a shop that takes such an attitude in front of customers.
The owner of the kitchen can still talk, but that fat Korean staff really can't forgive.
Lastly, as it is a comment from other people, it is a star 0 because it is a "shop with the worst customer service".
Everyone, please be careful when eating yakiniku at the west exit of Omiya.

店名と話し方で韓国人？の男性スタッフの態度が本当に悪かった。
日本に来て焼肉は好きになりましたが、このお店だけは友人や家族にはオススメ出来ない。
ご飯が美味しくない訳ではないので、最悪の接客を受けたい人は行くといい。ホントに酷いから。
お店に行く前にレビューを見てから来店すればよかった。
罰ゲームレベルでストレスが貯まります。あのスタッフの顔は忘れません。
This is my first time at a store like this. The customer service is the worst and is treated badly. When I was looking for a yakiniku restaurant with a friend the other day, I happened to find it. There is a suspicious atmosphere when entering the store.
Are you Korean in terms of store name and way of speaking? The attitude of the male staff was really bad.
I came to Japan and loved yakiniku, but I can't recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
It's not that the rice isn't delicious, so if you want to get the worst customer service, go. It's really terrible.
I should have read the reviews before going to the store before coming to the store.
Stress builds up at the punishment game level. I will never forget the face of that staff.
