★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 加害者側の保険が東京海上日動でした。担当者の寺◯、対応が最初から横柄でした。一度電話が出られなかったら、それから一切連絡なし。着信を残したのだから、こちらからかけ直すのが常識でしょ！と言われた。進捗状況なのどの連絡もなし。
私(被害者側)のソニー損保の方が進捗が毎に連絡をくれて、とても対応が良かった。挙げ句の果てに、連絡を下さいと言ったら、あなたは私のお客ではないからと吐き捨てられた。
The insurance on the perpetrator side was Tokio Marine & Nichido. The person in charge, Temple ◯, was arrogant from the beginning. Once you can't answer the phone, then no contact. I left an incoming call, so it's common sense to call back from here! I was told. No contact with progress.
My (victim side) Sony Assurance contacted me every time the progress was made, and the response was very good. At the end of the day, when I asked him to contact me, he was thrown away because you weren't my customer.
