u	u Saito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の支店のクチコミを見て納得だと思います。こちらでの物件探しはお勧めできません。借りた部屋がこちらの管理物件のため、他の不動産屋で仲介してもらうことができず、不安に思いながらも契約して後悔しています。書きたいことは山ほどありますが簡単に書くと・設備についての質問の返答が遅い（再三言ってようやく返答）・入居前クリーニングが雑（本当にクリーニングしたのかと思う箇所が何箇所かありました。）・全てにおいてギリギリ・害虫駆除したはずの部屋に元気なゴキブリ入居まで期間があったにもかかわらず、あの部屋の状態はないと思いました。部屋の改修がギリギリで引越しできるか不安でしたし、入居日前日急ぎでやったであろうクリーニングや害虫駆除にも不満があります。仲介手数料の交渉は一切受け付けてないそうです。いいんです。値引きできないならできないで。そこに文句はありませんが、うちはそういうのやってないんでって言ってきっちり取っているのなら、きっちり仕事してほしいですね。 I think you are convinced by the reviews of other branches.
