店員さんが鉄板を運んでくると、ペーパーナプキンで包んで蒸し焼きにします。初めてのスタイルでした。フランスゲランド産の塩をかけて食べるのが一番美味しく感じました。口の中に肉本来の甘みが広がります。私にはNo.1のハンバーグ店です。
遠方ですがもう一度足を運びたいと思うくらい美味しかったです。

13時半を過ぎてお店に到着しましたが、8組程待っていらっしゃり、40～50分程待つとようやく入店できました。
車のナンバーを記入する欄もあったので、車まで呼びに来ていただけるのは助かりました。
俵ハンバーグセット（ふつうサイズ160g、2000円）をオーダーし、15分後にメインのハンバーグがきました。
ミディアムレアでもレア寄りなので、個人的にはカットした面を鉄板に当てて焼くと丁度いい焼き具合になりました。
口コミがよかった分期待しすぎだったのか、お肉の質やサービス面からすると、コスパはあまりよくなかったかなーと思います。

Perhaps I was expecting too much because the word of mouth was good, and I think that the cost performance was not so good in terms of meat quality and service.

接客もテキパキしてたし、お年を召した方にメニューを丁寧に説明していたのが印象的でした。
フランボワーズのジェラートも大変美味でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10代の頃から利用していて、いつきてもお客さんが入ってる印象のお店。以前は法事で利用させて頂きました。少し割高感はありますが、桜川市でオススメするとしたらこのお店！GWでお客さんが多かったためか、店員さんを呼んでもなかなか来ないという場面がありましたが、提供は早かったです。ディナータイムにコースで注文。月替わりで、前菜とデザートが選べます。前菜のサーモンが美味。こちらのお店のハンバーグは赤身が多くサッパリしているので自分好み。お肉の味を感じるために、塩をチョイスしましたが、ソースにも種類がたくさんあります。デザートの硬めのプリンもまた美味でした。
2021.09月再来店
ディナータイムにレディースコースを利用。前菜のイチジクと生ハムのサラダが瑞々しくてイチジクのと相性抜群。デザートはブルーベリータルトを頂きましたが、どれも満足の品でした。

Use the ladies' course at dinner time. The appetizer fig and prosciutto ham salad is fresh and goes great with figs. I had blueberry tart for dessert, but I was satisfied with all of them.

丁寧な接客に国産和牛のハンバーグは絶品です。ソースも沢山ある中から選べます。
味はもちろん、スタッフも一流で凄く気分良く食べ終える事が出来ました。

店内に入ると、体温測定、アルコール消毒、アマビエちゃん登録もあり、コロナ対策万全でした。
ここではハンバーグの大きさが何種類かあり選べます。
ソースもデミグラス以外にいろいろありました。中でも気になったのが塩！。でも今回はデミグラスソースにしました(笑)
焼き具合も聞かれます。おすすめのミディアムにしました。
紙ナプキンをテーブルにセットしてハンバーグを待ちます。
鉄板の上でジュージュー音をたてて運ばれてきたハンバーグは、目の前で店員さんが手慣れた手つきで手際よく焼きの仕上げをしてくださいます。
その見事な手さばきには驚きと感動さえ感じてしまいました。
そして、焼き上がったハンバーグを食べてみるととても美味しいではありませんか。
デミグラスソースの味も良い感じ。
添えられたお野菜も美味しかったです。
ただひとつ、今回はデザートをオーダーしていなかったのが悔やまれました。
すると思いがけないことにアイスが付いていますということで、バニラとマンゴーのアイスが運ばれて来たのです！予期せぬ喜びです。
もちろん美味しく戴きました。
店員さんの接客も感じ良く、さりげない気配りにも好印象で、味の良さと共に満足度百パーセントでした。
