山	山本正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築後15年経ちそろそろと思い始めていた頃、突然訪問を受け、頼んでいない見積もりを突然貰いかえってどうかというのが最初の印象でした。ただ、自分なりに地域の外壁塗装セミナーの参加を始め、ネット経由で６社以上の見積もりを貰いながらそれぞれの話を聴き、ひとつひとつ各社それぞれの見積もりを比較してそれらの裏付けの理解や確認に努めました。光トラストさんには一年後以降施工実績の家を教えて頂き、訪ねてその出来栄えも確認させて頂いたりもしました。最終的に、追加で必要と感じた事項を盛り込んだ再見積もりでは一旦かなり高くなり気に入らなかったのですが、再度値引き交渉に応じていただいたのが決め手でした。施工中も細かいことを依頼しましたが、快く引き受けてもらい、全体的には大変満足しています。今後の定期検査もしっかりやっていただくことを期待します。20年保証は他の６社にはなく、この点もいいと思います。 Fifteen years after it was built, when I was starting to think about it, my first impression was that I was suddenly visited and suddenly received an unsolicited quote. K	K T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他社の見積金額と比較すると明らかに安かったため、やや心配な面もありましたが、営業の方の人柄と施工には自信があるという言葉を信じてお願いしました。結果としては、腕のいい職人さんが手際よく綺麗に仕上げてくれました。（外壁と屋根とベランダ）施工期間中は在宅勤務だったこともあり、作業の開始時に作業予定、終了時に作業結果を口頭で説明していただいて、作業経過も自分の目で確認しながら、安心してお任せすることができました。また、担当の方の対応もスピーディで、初めての塗り替えでしたが、特に不安に思うことはありませんでした。一つ反省点としては、事前に塗装しない（材質的にできない）箇所を細かくお互いで確認しておけばより良かったと思います。作業終了後に塗られていない箇所を見つけ、担当の方に理由を後から確認することになりました。長期保証に関しては、光触媒部分以外もメーカーが長期の耐用年数を謳っている塗料を使用しており、費用のお値打ち感を考慮すれば、20年間以上綺麗な状態であると過度の期待はしない方が気持ちとして楽かなと考えています。長年、壁の塗装をいつ行うか、どの業者さんに依頼するか、決められずにいたので、今回、満足のいく仕上がりとなり、光トラストさんとはよい出会いになりました。ありがとうございました。 It was obviously cheaper than the estimated price of other companies, so I was a little worried, but I asked him to believe that he was confident in the personality and construction of the sales person.
