★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嘘と言い訳ばかりの最悪な不動産屋さんでした。しかも、引っ越す時、こまかーーーく部屋をチェックされるので保証金はほぼほぼ返って来ないと思った方がいいかもしれません。本当にオススメしませんが、困った時に何も対応してくれなくていい、という方にはぴったりかもしれません。どなたかの役に立つことを願って投稿させて頂きます。
ちなみに、鍵交換代を払ったのに、鍵が交換されませんでした。皆さま、お気をつけて下さい。
It was the worst real estate agent with only lies and excuses. Moreover, when you move, you will be checked the room, so you may think that the deposit will not be returned. I don't really recommend it, but it may be perfect for those who don't have to deal with anything in case of trouble. I will post it in the hope that it will be useful to someone.
By the way, I paid the key exchange fee, but the key was not exchanged. Please be careful, everyone.

保有物件の賃貸管理もお任せしていますが、良い賃借人ばかり紹介してもらって大変感謝しております。
