予約日時は電話で決定しただけだったので、その後メールで予約内容を知らせて欲しかったです。予約日が近づいて来た頃に、予約の確認がしたかったのですが、文面で残っていないので電話確認しようにも店舗もハッキリわからず、ダスキンの問い合わせフォームからメールで問い合わせましたが、こちらも問い合わせを受け付けたという自動返信も無く、数日間放ったらかされ、非常に不安になりましたし、不親切に感じました。

There was no automatic reply that the inquiry was accepted, and I was left alone for a few days, which made me very anxious and unfriendly.
