相談者側に対して、最低限の配慮や気遣いも感じられないような対応を受けました。
As the other comments indicate, the attitude of the lawyer who responded was terrible.
The counselor received a response that did not feel minimal consideration or concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせの電話をかけると、女性事務員がことあるごとに「はい？」と聞き返し。最低限のビジネスマナーの教育が無い様子。取り次ぎ者として、名前を控えようとしたところ、「名乗る必要はないと思います」との返事。客が不要ということだろうか？
また、その後、弁護士から、「事務員を叱責するのは止めてください」とのメール。弁護士の質も最低の証し、依頼しない事をお勧めします。
When I made an inquiry call, every time there was a female clerk, I asked him "Yes?" There seems to be no minimum business manner education. As an intermediary, when he tried to refrain from his name, he replied, "I don't think I need to give myself." Does that mean customers are unnecessary?
After that, an email from the lawyer stating “Please stop reprimanding the clerk”. We recommend that you do not ask for attorneys with the lowest quality.

法律のプロではないからこそ依頼をしているのにも関わらず、逐一質問をしなければ今後の流れ等も説明してくれない上、その態度も常にイライラと高圧的で参りました。
それで優秀ならばまだ溜飲も下がるのですが、相手方に対しては弱腰でとても頼りなく…
特にデリケートな事案の依頼は絶対にしてはいけません。ただでさえ大変な訴訟中に心労が増えるだけです。
There is a significant lack of dialogue skills and no consideration for the victim.
Even though I am requesting just because I am not a legal professional, if I do not ask questions one by one, I will not explain the future flow and the attitude has always been frustrating and high pressure.
So if you are excellent, you will still be drunk.
Never request a particularly sensitive case. It just adds more effort during the tough litigation.
