★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さな頃から家では大亀醤油、大学時代も独立しても65年間、この醤油にお世話になっています。煮物からかけ醤油まで、手製の玉葱ドレッシングも大亀醤油が味の決め手。まとめ買して時間が経つと褐変して色が濃くなるのが自身の管理ミス。今は少量単位で他の地元食材と一緒に宅配して貰ってます。
荏胡麻葉の醤油漬け(ケンニップ)には大亀醤油で味が格段にアップ全く違います。玉子掛けご飯でもこの醤油の旨さが際立ちます。
