青	青山南 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大山登山の帰りにも寄れる伊勢原駅から300m程度の場所、ランチのラストオーダーが16時なので便利ですね。以前、自然薯（じねんじょ）料理屋さんだったお店が、ゆば・とうふ料理屋さんにかわりましたが、自然薯は変わらずに提供しています。自家製の手作り豆腐が名物で大豆の味が濃くて本当においしい！ It's convenient because it's about 300m from Isehara Station, where you can go back to climb Oyama, and the last lunch order is 16:00. The restaurant that used to be a Jinjyo restaurant was replaced by a Yuba Tofu restaurant, but it still offers natural yam. M	Masanori Yoshida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず言いたいのは、出て来る物に何一つ手抜きを感じなかった珍しいお店だったという事でした。幸いにも近頃はそこそこに美味しい食べ物を出す店は巷に溢れているし、サービスの気持ちいい店もあるにはある。しかし、美食家の方であればあるほどその満足レベルは高いと思うので、「美味しかった」という感想ひとつとっても予測を超えて美味しいものに出会える事は貴重な経験であるはずです。言い方は失礼かも知れませんが、伊勢原という街にまさかその『予測をはるかに超えた美味しい料理』を提供してくれるお店があるだなんて思いもしなかった。いい素材を選りすぐって、細かな手間を惜しまずかけて、創意工夫を凝らして、極限まで既成の調味料に頼らず、明らかに体にいい物をちゃんと美味しいご馳走として提供する。しかも大の大人の男がちゃんとお腹いっぱいになるだけのポーションであった。それがいかにも『私たちいい事やってます！』というこれ見よがしな顕示欲の感じも無く、肩に力の入らない空気の中で自然に提供される。で、随分とリーズナブルであったりするから畏れ入る。こんなお店はなかなかないし、他県からでも車を飛ばしていく価値は大いにあると思える。お店は駐車場を持たないが近隣のドラッグストアの有料駐車場が15分100円と安いのでそこを利用すれば問題ない。お店の方針として予約された人数分の料理に使う分だけ出汁を取るそうなので夜はもちろん要予約。 First of all, I wanted to say that it was a rare shop that didn't feel any omission in what came out.
