■エコキュート（370L）の修理費用について
以下は、私が実際に経験し、支払った費用です。選定する場合の参考に。
ある日突然、《 E44 》エラーが、出現した。 “お湯が出ない”故障！
ネット検索で、調べると、部品：【中温水混合弁】の故障でした。
エコキュート本体のカバーを外し、混合弁の取付場所を特定出来た。水抜きをして、部品の脱着を試みた。→ 自分で修理出来る事を確認した。※以外と簡単に出来ます。
「コロナSS」に電話した所、部品のみの販売は、対応出来ません。との事。
結果、部品が独占されている為、自己修理できず。
以下、修理後に支払った費用の明細です。お高いですね。まさに、殿様商売ですね。
・出張費：￥3,000
・技術料：￥9,400（開始～ 20分程度で完了）
・部品代：￥10,560（今回の部品は、【湯水混合弁】も含んで、２個セット品）
・消費税：￥2,296
◎合計 ￥25,256
※現場へ来て、確認・調査のみで、修理しなかった場合の出張費：￥5,500
私の場合、本体設置後１４年経過しており、部品は、製造中止になっていたが、たまたま、在庫があったから修理が出来た。部品が無い場合は、全て、新しいエコキュートに、一式、取替えになるとの事。
サービスマンいわく、この機種を設置した人は、半数以上の人が、取り替えていますよ。との事。
これが、はたして「エコ」なのか ？！

When you call "Corona SS", we cannot sell only parts. That thing.
As a result, the parts are monopolized, so self-repair is not possible.
Below is a statement of the costs paid after the repair. It's expensive. It's a business of the lord.
・ Business trip expenses: ¥ 3,000
・ Technical fee: ¥ 9,400 (starts in about 20 minutes)
・ Parts cost: ¥ 10,560 (This part is a set of 2 including the [hot water mixing valve])

In my case, 14 years have passed since the main body was installed, and the parts had been discontinued, but I happened to be in stock and could repair them. If there are no parts, all will be replaced with a new EcoCute set.
According to the serviceman, more than half of the people who installed this model have replaced it. That thing.
Is this really "eco"? !!
