★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高橋先生は、元々は素晴らしい先生でした。歯科医院を始めた頃は、できるだけ、歯を大切にするような、いわば、歯の寿命を伸ばす方向で考えてくれる先生でした。
ある時期から、歯を削り、神経を抜く、被せる方向に転換したのではないかと思います。私は、もう若者ではありませんが、歯は、大切にしているので、全て自分の歯です。
神経を抜いた歯は１本しかありません。実はその歯は他のいくつかの歯科で見てもらったのですが、神経を抜く必要はなかったそうです。
神経を抜いた結果、歯は弱くなり、同時に、偏頭痛に悩まされることになりました。今は、神経を抜くより、どうやって延命させるかを重視する時代で、削ったり、抜いたりするのは時代遅れです。
ご自分の歯が大事なら、この歯医者は、わたしはお勧めできません。

I can't recommend this dentist if your teeth are important.

私は、歯の歯垢除去、掃除ケアだけこちらで、やってます。
奥歯の虫歯を削り、詰め物しました。麻酔無しで、かなりしみました。
帰ったら直ぐ詰め物が取れてしまったし、見るとまだ黒い虫歯の削り残りがあり!
初めて経験しました。
そのときの助手も新人なのか、何も言わないし何もしてくれなかったです。
電話して、もう一度行くはめに。
次に進めてくれた助手は電話したこちらの説明を聞いて、カルテに書き添え、医師に伝えてスムーズでした。
削り残りもよく確認してから医師に伝達。
医師から、虫歯の削り残りと詰め物がとれてしまいすみませんでした、と一言もらい、治療開始。
しみたので麻酔してもらったけれど、そのまま削り、痛かったですね。唇が痺れただけで麻酔した意味はなかったです。

やはり定期的な治療は大切だと実感しており、自分の歯をできるだけ長く使えるよう計画を立てて治療していただいています。
コロナ禍においても治療台の消毒、治療前ヨード液のうがい、換気等徹底しており、安心して治療が受けられます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年齢とともに歯は虫歯の治療だけではないと思いました。特に根幹治療している歯は歯茎のケアが大切だと感じております。
今でも自分の歯があるのは定期的に年に数回通院して口腔ケアをしていただいているお陰と感謝しております。今後も出来るだけ入れ歯のお世話にならないためにもこちらでケアしていきたいと思っています。
先生やスタッフの方も大変感じがよく、院内も清潔で明るいので、通いやすいです。

コロナ禍において医者へ行くのは少し不安でしたが、アルコール消毒設置、スリッパは履いたら靴箱に戻さず別の所へ入れたので消毒しているようです。また診察台も仕切りがありますし、隣には他の方は居ませんでした。診察前にうがい薬で口をすすいだり、感染対策もしっかりされていたので安心できました。
出血の原因や今後どうすればいいのか、先生が丁寧に説明してくださり診察も良かったので、またお願いしたいと思います。
