★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで、近所の精肉店を検索していたらこのお店が出てきましたが、今まで全く気が付きませんでした。だって、店の前はいつも冷凍車が停まってるし、冷凍車が無い時は磨りガラスの引き戸で店内が全く見えないから。
まず、お店に電話をしてから伺おうと。
恐る恐るズリズリと引戸を開けるとなんと！
超至近距離で大きな牛肉のトリミング中！！
ショーケースなんて物は無いのでとりあえず冷凍車にある、牛タン一本を購入。
美味しかったー！
後日、予約してカルビとロースを購入。
これまた美味しい！！
私の好きな焼肉店にも卸してるよう。
