★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新居に入居した際、ガス料金がぼったくりレベルで高かったので、管理している富士興産さんに相談しました。相談し、2週間ほど経った後に基本料金200円、㎤当たりも200円以上下げた形で契約しなおしてもらったと連絡が入りました。相談後の対応も早く、話を聞いてくださる際も、「それはさすがに高いですね」「そうですね」と共感してくださる姿勢にも安心させられました。また、「山田さんの連絡のおかげでガス料金が高く契約されているということが知れました。連絡してくださりありがとうございます」と言われ、管理会社が富士興産さんで良かったと心から思いました。
