★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から通える圏内で駅からのアクセスも良くて通いやすいというのが通院のきっかけでした。
以前通っていた関西の病院と比べると病院を利用されている地域の方の年齢には開きがあり、待合室や受付は、アットホームな印象。
事前に書かれていた評判などには、説明が厳しい先生もいらっしゃるとのことでしたので、緊張していましたが、通いはじめてから今のところは、診察も診療も特になんにも無く、
実際に通ってみて感じる印象は様々だと思いますが、駅からも近く、スタッフさんも先生も気さくな病院だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウェブサイトの口コミを拝見させていただいた時にすごく評価が高かったので、行ってみようと思い、半信半疑でしたが最初は訪れました。実際に行ってみると、本当に口コミ通りで、先生そして看護師さん共に優しく、そして丁寧に診察をしてくださりとても満足することができました。私だけはなく、子供と旦那もお世話になっています。私の子供は病院嫌いで以前通っていたクリニックでは、泣いてしまう、または、先生が聞いたことに答えようともしなくて、いろいろ困らせてしまっていたのですが、こちらのクリニックでは先生が子供の扱いがわかってらっしゃるのか、不思議と泣いてしまうことや、診察を放棄してしまうことがなくなりました。待合室もとても清潔感があり、子供が飽きないような作りになっていて、子供も静かに待ってくれるから、親としてもとても安心できます。もしかしたらクリニック側のそのような細かい心使いが、子供たちにも伝えわっているのだと個人的には思っています。小児科だけでなくもちろん、普通の内科や消化器科、皮膚科、婦人科、心療内科などもあるので、どのジャンルで不調が起きてもここのクリニックなら任せることができます。アクセス面に関しても、駅からとても近くて、緊急であってもすぐに行くことができるのでとてもありがたいです。今後とも、ずっとお世話になりたいクリニックです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院内の清潔感がとてもあって非常に好感を持つことができました。廊下の角などゴミがたまりやすいこところにもゴミなどがたまっているということもなくおそらく定期的に掃除をされているのだろうなと感じることが出来ました。きっとクリニック内を綺麗に保持できる心を持っているクリニックだから患者さんにもしっかりと気を使える素敵なクリニックなのだなと感じました。
私は、友人に紹介してもらって、このクリニックに訪れることになったのですがここを紹介してもらえて、とても良かったなと思っています。クリニック選びはとても人生において重要なことだと感じています。私がここのクリニックを良いクリニックと思う理由は、もちろん単に、清潔感があるというところだけでは、ありません。まず、第一に先生がとても親身になって、寄り添って話しを聞いてくださるという点もとても大きいです。クリニックに最初に行く時ってなぜか、少しの緊張感と不安を私は覚えてしまいます。その緊張感や不安感をこのクリニックの先生は、しっかりと緩和させてくれました。今では、ここのクリニックの先生でないと逆に安心できないような感覚になっています。毎回、クリニックに訪れるたびに、いつも優しくいろいろ話してくれて、体調は優れていないはずなのに、なぜかとても安心できています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 婦人科の子宮ガン検診で通わせていただきました。ドクターやスタッフの方はとても柔らかい雰囲気で安心できます。クリニックもとても綺麗です。検診結果はの説明もとても丁寧なので、安心してお任せできます。診療科が多い事もあり、年齢にかたよりがなく、幅広い年齢の方が利用している印象ですが、待合もとても雰囲気が良いので、気になりません。私の娘が子宮ガン検診をする際も、是非アーバンクリニックさんに通わせたいです。

先生がとても優しくてとてもいい気分で診察を受けられるクリニックだと感じました。以前通っていたクリニックは、先生が少し事務的に接していたように感じることが多く、少し嫌な気持ちで帰ることも少なくありませんでした。
しかし、ここのクリニックの先生はとても優しくメンタル面までケアしてくれました。クリニック自体の雰囲気もとてもよく清潔感がある印象です。以前通っていたクリニックは、清潔感はあったのですが、雰囲気の良さをあまり感じなく、印象があまりよくありませんでした。しかし、こちらのクリニックは、清潔感もあり雰囲気のすごく良かったです。先生も丁寧な説明があり、そこもプラスでとても好印象を持てます。
来院するということは、少なからず、身体のどこかが不調を起こしているからだと思うのでやはり環境作りや、雰囲気などはとても重要だと思います。私個人でいうと、今までの人生でお世話になってきた、クリニックの中で一番良いと思えるクリニックなので、今後もお世話になり続けたいクリニックです。

電話でのワクチン予約は受け付けてないようで、公式サイトからワクチン専用の予約をさせていだきました。
当日予定時間より5分ほど前に着き、1階の入口で待つ形でした。
予約時間通りの入場でスタッフみなさんの雰囲気が良く、最初の案内から終わりまでスムーズでした。
普段はお休みの日曜日にもかかわらず接種の場を作ってくださって感謝です。

何人か医師の方がいらっしゃるようです。
些細な事でも積極的に医師の方から聞いてくださるので気兼ねなく相談が出来ました。
そのせいか待ち時間は長めでしたが
患者の話をよく聞いてくれる方が断然大切な事なので問題ないです。
