もう二度と使用しません。
以前も何度か使っていましたが、こんな酷いとは思いませんでした。
- 処方箋を受けた医療機関の名称を間違える(その前に受けた医療機関の名前が入っていた)
- 在庫の薬が足りないから、後日また取りに来てほしいと言われ(この頼まれ方もおかしいですが)、住所と電話番号を聞かれたが、何度伝えても正しく訂正できず(住所の番地を聞き間違えたり、携帯電話の3桁の数字の順序間違えたり)、まじでこの薬剤師頭がどうかしてると思った。
- あげく配達予定日になっても足りない薬が届かない。
近くに処方箋受付の薬局はあるので、クレームの電話入れて二度とこの薬局は使いません。

――I haven't received the missing medicine even after the scheduled delivery date.
There is a prescription reception pharmacy nearby, so I will call the complaint and never use this pharmacy again.
