★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々西が丘団地が、出来る以前は、熊の生活エリアだったので時には出会すことも有るが、春に咲く桜並木は、見どころ有り。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正式名称は西ヶ丘団地近隣公園ですが、園内に桜並木が植樹整備されていることから、地元民の間での呼称では【通称:さくら公園】と親しまれ雛壇造成地である為、下部に公園利用者用として一般車専用駐車場が設けてある。
上部出入り口付近には一昔前のバリアフリー対応のあくまで多目的トイレがある為、主に車いす・ベビーカーなど乗り入れしやすいよう福祉車両優先（身体的弱者に配慮した工夫）の駐車スペースが設けられてある。
※あくまで多目的トイレであって多機能トイレではない。オストメイトやユニバーサルシートなどの設備はありません。※
園内は、ピクニック広場や簡易的なキャノピーを備えたベンチもあり、一定の間隔でベンチがある。また、健康促進用途のベンチも備えてあるため、特定の世代に限定せず、全世代の利用を想定した工夫が施された公園だと思う。必要最小限の園内遊具（迷宮回廊など）アトラクション遊具も備えてある
※高台にある住宅地に帰属した比較的広い公園なので、ピクニック広場のスペースは震災や台風災害時には仮設住宅用地として開放された実績がある
The official name is Nishigaoka housing complex neighborhood park, but because the park is lined with cherry trees, it is known as [Sakura Park] by the locals, so it is a park at the bottom. There is a parking lot for general cars for users.
Since there is a barrier-free multipurpose restroom near the upper entrance, there is a parking space that gives priority to welfare vehicles (a device that takes into consideration the physically vulnerable) so that wheelchairs and strollers can easily enter.

In the park, there are benches with a picnic square and a simple canopy, and there are benches at regular intervals. It also has a bench for health promotion, so I think it is a park that has been devised for use by all generations, not limited to a specific generation. The minimum required play equipment in the park (labyrinth corridor, etc.) is also equipped with attraction play equipment
* Since it is a relatively large park belonging to a residential area on a hill, the space of the picnic plaza has a track record of being opened as a temporary housing site in the event of an earthquake or typhoon disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「さくら公園」と言う名称通り！春には桜並木に花が咲き誇りお花見には最適かな♪遊具は少ないけど良く小ちゃなお子ちゃま連れのママ友達がchildrensを遊ばせながらのママ友談議？に利用してるみたい(笑)とにかく広いからお子ちゃまだけじゃなくおじいちゃんやおばあちゃん達もウォーキングなんかで利用してるみたい！園内には大きなトイレと屋根付きのベンチも有り老若男女まったりとリフレッチュタイムできるカモ？(笑)駐車スペースは公園下に20台くらいかな？あと入口には車椅子用の駐車スペースがあるよ！スケボー自転車ゴルフの練習は厳禁っす(笑)
