この組み合わせの抽出方法はなかなか他では味わえないのでは。
カップの中にやんわりと珈琲の油分が見えますが焼きたての豆のためか癖がなく豊か、
飲み終わりはカップのそこに微粉がやんわりと沈んでおり、底の方のコーヒーはややトロミがかったかのように味わえ、
一杯飲み終わるまでに色合いを変えて飲むことができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと行きたかったお店。雰囲気のいい素敵な空間、店内は落ち着いてゆっくりと時間が流れている感じ。ヨーグルトチーズケーキも濃厚だけどヨーグルト味がさっぱりしていて、とっても美味しかった。紅茶も美味しい。マスターがまた素敵。マスターとのおしゃべりも含め幸せな時間を過ごせました。また行きたーい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京急本線の神奈川駅のしましたより徒歩4分程にある喫茶店のsakura cafe さん。隠れ家的な喫茶店。店内からの眺めは最高。
近所で喫茶店を検索すると必ず出てくる喫茶店だったので前から行きたいと思っていたが、営業日が平日のみのため
なかなか行けなかった。
やっと最近行けたのでレポートしてみる。
店舗は、鉄筋コンクリートの打ちっぱなしのオシャレな感じ。カウンター席5 席程（←間違っていたらすみません。）とテーブル席が3つ。うち1席は、テラス席。珈琲と紅茶とケーキのお店。ケーキはヨーグルトチーズケーキが旨い。価格は、比較的安価である。
店長は、気さくで店内は居心地が良い。
開店から2021年で約5年たっているそうだ。
店舗の裏は洲崎神社の裏手に面している。そのために、眺めは良い。神社裏の自然か豊かな斜面の木々がとても綺麗である。
定休日は、土日祝。平日は、10:30〜15:00と営業時間は短めだが、落ち着く場所なのでチャンスがあれば行って欲しい。

I always wanted to go to a coffee shop because it was a coffee shop that always appeared when I searched for a coffee shop in my neighborhood, but since the business days are only on weekdays
I couldn't go easily.
I've finally been able to go there recently, so I'll report on it.
The store is fashionable with reinforced concrete left untouched. There are about 5 counter seats (← I'm sorry if I made a mistake) and 3 table seats. One of them is a terrace seat. Coffee, tea and cake shop. The cake is delicious with yogurt cheesecake. The price is relatively cheap.
The store manager is friendly and the inside of the store is comfortable.
It's been about 5 years since the store opened in 2021.
The back of the store faces the back of Susaki Shrine. Therefore, the view is good. The nature behind the shrine or the trees on the rich slopes are very beautiful.
Regular holidays are weekends and holidays. Weekdays are short, from 10:30 to 15:00, but it's a calm place, so if you have a chance, please go.
