入浴しない限り、下着の交換さえしていない。
つい最近、陽性者が出てしまった時、過失でなかったにせよ肝腎な事を利用者の家族に隠そうとする体質に失望して不信感が強まった。
待機期間中、通院が出来なくなる事での病状悪化や、放置気味な事による気力や精神状態の低下が気懸かりなのに、利用者や家族に対しての配慮をするどころか気持ちを逆なでするような仕打ちをされた。
人の弱みにつけ込んだり、思い遣りに欠けた言動が多々有り腹立たしい。
利用者に対する暴力沙汰は無いけれど、一部の職員の傲慢な態度や無視する等の冷酷さが残念。
