★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １０年前位はかなりの魚種で人気の釣り場でした。現在では気候の関係から大幅に種類は減り、ボラが異常繁殖しているように思われます。
掲示されている「遊漁者の皆さまへ」の看板を解釈するに、投網も出来る(船はダメ)とあって、釣りだけではなく投網を行う方もそれなりに居ます。
しかし近年、通称・北提の先端までは乗用車で乗り入れられる広さは"ありますが"、乗り入れては大変危険です。基本的にこの辺りは浚渫作業をする工場関係者の作業中は立ち入り禁止ですし(っていうか大体いつも)過去に乗り入れた乗用車が誤って海に転落し、そのまま帰らぬ人になったなど事故が多発しています。現在では進入防止の巨大コンクリートが置かれており、先端まで行くのは不可能です。
また、客層を反映しているのか、消波ブロックなど捨てられているゴミや大型不法投棄が増え続けています。地元民もそれ以外の方も各々心構えを何とかしていただきたいものです。
