お天気も良く、牡蠣を買いに潮騒市場にある牡蠣直売所行きました。
12時半過ぎ、タイミング良く敷地内の駐車場に停める事が出来ました。
坂越の牡蠣は、いつも松本水産さんで購入しています。(年に1回行くくらいですが)
何故か店頭には牡蠣は並べていませんが、引戸を開けると…対話して購入できます。
その場でむき身も殻つきも詰めてくれるので、より新鮮です(^o^)v
臭みがなくとても美味しいです?
殻つきを炭火で焼くのが美味しいですが、手軽にレンジでチンしてポン酢で食べました。
むき身は、ペペロンチーノに
残りは牡蠣飯にします。

The weather was nice and I went to the oyster shop in Shiosai Market to buy oysters.
After 12:30, I was able to park at the parking lot on the premises at the right time.
Sakoshi oysters are always purchased by Matsumoto Fisheries. (I go about once a year)
For some reason, oysters are not lined up at the store, but when you open the sliding door ... you can talk and buy them.
It will be packed with peeled meat and shells on the spot, so it will be fresher (^ o ^) v
It has no odor and is very delicious ?
It is delicious to bake the shells over charcoal, but I easily cooked them in the microwave and ate them with ponzu sauce.
