本当は星１つもつけたくないくらい最悪です。
花の本数、種類が少ないです。
メッセージカードは5種類ありますが、色褪せてたり黄ばんでいました。
それはしょうがないとしても、女性店員の態度が悪すぎてどうしようもありません。
折角の贈り物なので花言葉も添えて贈りたいのに、花言葉に意味はないと笑われたり、
ラッピング中女性店員の提案を却下したら粗雑にラッピングをされました。
バラの花弁には購入時にはなかった、強く押したような傷がありました。
包装無料ならともかく包装料を払っているのに私の希望を無視されましたし、本当に気分が悪いです。
恋人の誕生日プレゼントに花を添えようと思ったのに台無しです。ラッピングも自分でし直し、傷ついた花弁も捨てました。
丁寧に対応させていただいたつもりです。お店に他のお客さんはいなかったです。滞在時間も5分とありません。
ただ、ラッピングの希望を伝えただけでこのお店にご迷惑をおかけしたつもりもありません。
誕生日に遅れたとしても別なところでゆっくり選べばよかったです。
