○椅子に座らせて靴を履かせた後、女性店員と長話をして放置される
○男性店員が勧めたものと別のものを購入すると不機嫌になり何も喋らなくなる
ここでものを買うときは、店員と接しないこと、または他のサカゼンの利用を検討することをおすすめします

○ If you buy something different from the one recommended by the male clerk, you will be in a bad mood and will not speak anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用したのですが、行くたびに店員さんの接客態度が酷くなっています。以前は親切な女性のスタッフさんが親身にこちらの要望や着こなしのアドバイスしてくれる方がいらしたのですが、ここ最近は薦めたものを購入しないと子供みたいに拗ねるスタッフや他のスタッフと談笑しながら「お前には買えねえだろ」とこちらを馬鹿にするスタッフがおり非常に不快な思いをしました。
川崎市内で数少ない試着が出来て大きなサイズの服が購入できる店舗なので是非人材の教育やスタッフの見直しを考えて頂きたいです。
I've used it several times, but every time I go, the clerk's customer service attitude is getting worse. In the past, there was a kind female staff member who kindly gave me advice on this request and how to dress, but recently I chatted with the staff and other staff who are stubborn like children if I do not buy the recommended one. At the same time, there was a staff member who made a fool of me saying, "You can't buy it," which made me very uncomfortable.
It is one of the few stores in Kawasaki where you can try on clothes and buy large size clothes, so please consider training human resources and reviewing staff.
