ド	ドドンゴ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務の方の説明が適当すぎました。以前Cocoaで感染者との接触通知を受けた為こちらの医院にPCR検査をお願いする旨の電話をし、検査させて頂きました。電話にて、①持ってくるものは保険証と診察券、②口の中に唾液を溜めくること、もし口が唾液で一杯で喋れないようならインターホンを押してくれれば対応する(車で行くことが出来なかかったためこの対応になりました)、③検査費用について聞いたところ無料とのこと、この3点を聞きました。しかし実際来た時には検査の前に住所や電話番号を聞かれ口の中に唾液を溜める意味がなく、またワクチン接種日も聞かれたので本来ならワクチンの接種証明書を持参するか接種日を控えてから来る必要があり、また検査費用は無料だが診察代がかかるとのことで持ち合わせだけでは足りず、少し手続きに手間取りました。最後に関しては自分の落ち度もありますが全体的に事務の人の説明に至らない部分があり担当してくれた方には申し訳ないのですがもう二度とこの医院の世話になりたくないと思いました。 The explanation of the clerical staff was too appropriate.
