K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつて行基作の十一面観音を納めたと伝わる石灰岩の岩窟で、南北朝時代に整備されたものという。内部には緑泥片岩（秩父に特徴的な石材で青石塔婆の素材）の板を厨子様に組み合わせた「石龕（せきがん）」と呼ばれる珍しい構造物があり、その中に今代の観音像が安置されている。傍らに立つ青石塔婆も見応えがあり、沿線の歴史ファンには必見。秩父・奥武蔵地域でもユニークな史跡だが、あまり知名度が無いのが不思議。県指定重要文化財。 ※見学は吾野から徒歩になりますが、砂利道や階段を含む急な園路を巡った先にあります。足元にご注意を。 It is a limestone cave that is said to have housed the eleven-faced Kannon of Gyoki's original work, and is said to have been constructed during the Nanbokucho period. 小	小泉重光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほぼ取り尽くされた石灰岩山の片隅にあって、県指定文化財として保全されている霊域。中世より岡部一族の庇護を受けて隆盛をみるが明治以降は残念ながら荒廃。宝生の滝の滝壺付近の岩壁に爪書き不動が刻まれ、落口付近には弘法の硯岩がある。滝の水は隣りの採石場でも利用している場合があるので、週末に訪れた方が賢明。 A sacred area that is preserved as a cultural property designated by the prefecture in a corner of a nearly exhausted limestone mountain. It has been prosperous under the patronage of the Okabe clan since the Middle Ages, but unfortunately it has been devastated since the Meiji era.
