元々、若い頃にキャノンの営業で、ファイブスターという称号を貰って機器操作などは得意でしたが、お店の方のエスコートに任せ要望を伝えると、テキパキと操作されて希望の仕上がりを提供して貰えました。
今回の要望は、
複数枚のA4書類を、見開きのA3で裏表コピーで製本化する事でした。
これ、一般の方はまず操作の機能の名称もなかなか理解できる方は少ないのでは？と思います。
当然、中央をホッチキス止めでA4になる様に折り曲げ製本化。
人が作る場合は、書類をページに合わせA3に配置し裏表コピーして重ねてページが合う様にする訳ですが、言葉にするのも難しい。
これらを書類と、仕上がり見本を見せて希望を叶えて貰えました。
しかも安かったです。
