★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコン掃除は今まで全てもりたけさんにお任せしています。今回は3年くらい放ったらかしてカビだらけで申し訳ないくらい汚かったのですが、丁寧な作業でとってもキレイにしていただきました。エアコンの空気が爽やかに生まれ変わりました！

今回が初めての利用でしたが、作業前の説明も段取りも親切丁寧で好感が持てました。
エアコンは汚れがひどくて洗浄水も作業時間も標準の2倍以上かかり、途中でドレンの詰まりも発生して室外機側からワイヤで室内側から高圧洗浄で解決しました。
これだけの作業にもかかわらず追加料金もなく感謝です。
次回もお願いしようと思います。

This was my first time to use it, but the explanation and setup before the work were kind and polite, and I liked it.
The air conditioner was so dirty that it took more than twice as much cleaning water and working time as the standard, and drain clogging occurred on the way, which was solved by high-pressure washing from the indoor side with a wire from the outdoor unit side.
Despite all this work, I am grateful that there is no additional charge.
I will ask you again next time.
