1件レビューが多く、評価が低いのは不当なのではないか行ってみましたが、残念ながらそれなりに正当な評価のようです 自分の身体なので経緯は自分自身が一番よく分かっています その上で心当たりのない診断結果ばかり述べられ、結果お金だけ払い、何ひとつ症状が好転する事はありませんでした 薬の処方もなく、話も真剣に考えてもらえなかったように思います なので、名医とは僕には言い難い60歳くらいの女医さんでした しかしながら、看護師さんはみなさん時間を掛けて検査してくれたし、 対応に温かみもあったし、最終的な先生の診察も10秒で終わったり、 明らかな職務怠慢はありません 先生なりに解釈して分からなかっただけの話 医者とは言え所詮人間ですから、それは仕方ありません 他にも患者さんは来ていて改善へ向かったケースもあるようで、 難しい症状でなければこちらの医院で十分治せるのだと思います 僕の症状はちょっとイレギュラーなのでしょう

ものもらいが気になって行ったのですが、1時間以上待たされて、10秒の診察後、院長先生の一言目は「白内障ですね」。他の病院で1月前に精密検査を受けたのですが、そんな事は一言も言われませんでした。肝心のものもらいについては、「杏林病院を紹介します」・・・。白内障では実績があって良いのでしょうが、街の掛かりつけ医の役割を果たす気は院長には無いようです。非常に不愉快でした。 →後日談:名医で有名な横浜の眼科医院に行ってきました。丁寧な診察の後、即日 手術。まぶたへの麻酔注射も殆ど痛みなく、キレイ~にしていただけました。霰粒腫ですから実費は数千円。確かにお医者さんとしては儲けはないと思いますが、丁寧にしていただき本当に感謝しています。但し、全国から患者さんがみえられるので待ち時間はあります。しかし、親身になっていただける、名医とはこういう先生をいうのだと実感しました。因みに「白内障」とは全く言われませんでした。

左目の白内障の手術水晶体再建手術をしました、丁寧な検査と親身な説明で手術前から心の準備もできました。機械音は少し嫌なのですが、手術自体はスムーズでした。術後のケアも清水先生をはじめとして皆さんの優しい気づかいにほっこりしました。感謝しかありません。

院長以外の医師、スタッフの手厚さは素敵でした。院長は毎回作業的で口調のせいかキツイ印象、一人一人を見てくださる形ではないです。電話対応も良く、景色も良い医院。節電していていつ行っても薄暗い。電話応対では、コンタクト専門では無いためコンタクトの置いている種類が少なく他より高くなってしまう、と先に教えてくれたため、信頼できました。

受付やスタッフの方は丁寧な印象です。ただ、内診の意味がないと個人的には感じる対応です。一ヶ月前に下瞼の内側の下に目視できるほどの塊が出来た為、診察に行ったところ「どちらの眼ですか」と先生に聞かれたことに違和感を感じつつ説明し、アレルギー用の弱めの目薬を出してもらいました。全く効かなかった為、再来し、アレルギーの検査と内診を受けました。状態が変わらなかった為、また翌々週に伺ったところまた同じような診察で今度は強めの目薬を出され、また二週間後に診察へ来るよう言われた為、本日行きましたが、下瞼の腫れも自身で申告しないと見てもらえず、見てもらったところ、「気になるなら手術、ただやってくれる病院を探すのは大変だと思いますよ。」とのこと。診察部屋に入っても患者の方を見ない、説明中に足を組む、という態度も相まって本当にショックでした。原因が知りたいと言ったら「アレルギー検査ももう一段階詳細のがあるが、やっても治療は変わらない。」何の為の病院なのかなと感じてしまいました。 ネット予約が出来るのと行きやすい場所だったから行っていましたが、相性が悪いようなので別の病院に次回からは行くようにします。

とりあえず接客がひどい方が多かった。挨拶もないし声も小さくて何言ってるかわからなかった。そもそも営業時間が短くて学生や社会人さんは生きづらいと思う。コンタクトも他のお店よりかなり値段が高かったりそもそも営業時間が短いため買いに行きずらい。他にも定休日が多すぎる。他にもコンタクトの定期検診も急に言われたため困った。前もっていって欲しかった
