小	小山華桜里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付やスタッフの方は丁寧な印象です。ただ、内診の意味がないと個人的には感じる対応です。一ヶ月前に下瞼の内側の下に目視できるほどの塊が出来た為、診察に行ったところ「どちらの眼ですか」と先生に聞かれたことに違和感を感じつつ説明し、アレルギー用の弱めの目薬を出してもらいました。全く効かなかった為、再来し、アレルギーの検査と内診を受けました。状態が変わらなかった為、また翌々週に伺ったところまた同じような診察で今度は強めの目薬を出され、また二週間後に診察へ来るよう言われた為、本日行きましたが、下瞼の腫れも自身で申告しないと見てもらえず、見てもらったところ、「気になるなら手術、ただやってくれる病院を探すのは大変だと思いますよ。」とのこと。診察部屋に入っても患者の方を見ない、説明中に足を組む、という態度も相まって本当にショックでした。原因が知りたいと言ったら「アレルギー検査ももう一段階詳細のがあるが、やっても治療は変わらない。」何の為の病院なのかなと感じてしまいました。ネット予約が出来るのと行きやすい場所だったから行っていましたが、相性が悪いようなので別の病院に次回からは行くようにします。 The receptionist and staff have a polite impression.
