★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品が届いた時に箱がビショビショに濡れていて、しらたきの水が漏れていました。その事で電話するとたまにあると言われ、すみませんでもなかったです。
上からの対応に感じました。
全て交換になりその夜宅配業者が引き取りに来ました。
数日後に商品が届きましたが今度はマイタケが古く、ゴボウの切り口も時間の経ったものでした。
何年か送ってもらっていますがいつも野菜は新鮮だったのにとても残念です。
もしかしたら野菜はそのままで交換しなかったのでは…？と不安です。
また交換になるのも面倒なのと、もう話もしたくないのでここに書かせていただきました。
もっと検品をしっかりしていただきたいです。
あとそちらのミスなので、一筆謝罪の手紙(メモ書きでも何でも)があると誠意が感じられて良かったと思います。
今回の対応で★1を付けたい所ですが
今までは何もなく美味しくいただいてましたので★2にしました。

All were exchanged and the courier came to pick it up that night.
The product arrived a few days later, but this time the maitake was old and the burdock cut was a long time ago.
I've been sending them for several years, but I'm very sorry that the vegetables were always fresh.
Maybe the vegetables weren't replaced as they were ...? I'm worried.
Also, I wrote it here because it is troublesome to exchange it and I do not want to talk anymore.
I would like you to carry out more thorough inspections.
It's also a mistake there, so I'm glad that I could feel sincerity if I had a one-stroke apology letter (whether it was a memo or anything).

Until now, it was delicious without anything, so I chose ★ 2.
