My American friend who visited Aizu for the first time really loved Japanese-American fusion style pizza. We weren't sure which kind of local sake to get, but Kazu-san was kind enough to give us some recommendations. This place only has counter seats, so definitely need to make a reservation if you are going with a group of friends. Also online reservation/payment is available (To be honest that's very rare in Aizu-wakamatsu!)- very tourist friendly!
