電子ピアノを運んでもらっ際にコードが断線しました。
ギターも運んでもらいましたが傷が付いていました。
最初はピアノの修理代を負担すると話していたのですが、
「ご自分で修理会社の方に連絡してください、後にまたこちらからご連絡します」と言われ、
修理会社の方に連絡したら「アイキョーさんにパーツが無かったため修理できませんと連絡した」と話され、
修理が不可能なのを知っていて何故連絡させた？と思いましたが怒っても仕方ないのでアイキョーさんからの連絡を待ちましたが約1週間経っても音沙汰無しです。
パーツが無くて修理不可能なのはどうしようも無いので仕方ないですが最後謝りもせず連絡無しなのは無責任だなと感じます。
楽器類、大切なものを運ぶ際はおすすめしません。

There is no help for it because there are no parts and it is impossible to repair, but I feel that it is irresponsible to not contact me without apologizing at the end.
Not recommended for carrying musical instruments or important items.

言いたいこといっぱいあるけど、
とりあえず「最悪」だったことを挙げると、
・衣類BOXで運んでもらった衣類がビショビショ
・衣類と一緒に運んでもらった傘が無くなり、問い合わせても、「お客様の方で探してみてください」とのこと
→その後の連絡は無し(もはや犯罪ですよね？)
・ワレモノとして運んでもらったお皿がバキバキに割れていた
・その他の段ボールもほとんどがびしょ濡れ
・冷蔵庫も運んでもらったが、設置はせず、袋に入ったまま置いていったのみ
etc...
良いところは、電話対応の人の愛嬌と値段が安いところのみ。
実態はほんまに「最悪」
こんなとこに二度と引っ越しは頼みません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東名上り名古屋ICで本線に合流しようとした所、工事の影響で渋滞していてファスナー合流しようとしたら入れないくらい詰めてきて危険でした。
結局入れてくれなく１つ後ろの車に入れてもらいました。
工事車線規制中も携帯触ってるか何かでフラフラしていて危険でした。
