溶接の仕事そのものは体力と器用さの必要な大変な仕事ですが、こういった鉄工所的な職場にしては全体的にホワイトな環境です。
溶接もイチから丁寧に教えて頂きました。サービス残業やパワハラもなく、喫煙者と非喫煙者で休憩所が別にあったり土日は休み、給料も中小にしては良いです。仕事の納期が迫っている時は土曜出勤をお願いされることもありますが断りやすい職場の雰囲気で稼ぎたい人だけ出ていました。
デスクワーク歴の長い私は体力的にきつく続けられず辞めましたが体力のある方にはオススメです。

Sometimes I'm asked to work on Saturdays when the deadline for work is approaching, but only people who want to earn money in a work atmosphere are easy to refuse.
I have a long history of desk work, and I quit because I couldn't stay physically fit.
