★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高い！！今まで都市ガスでしたが、引っ越してプロパンガスになりましたが。
プロパンガスって人件費含めて自由に 料金きめられるとかって？ぼろ儲けじゃないですか？
その上 令和3年12月から基本料金がまた200円値上げ。1m³あたり50円値上げ。どちらも税抜き！以前も値上げした記憶がある。
値下げする事はない。
お風呂にだけ使用してても高いです！！
アパートだからオーナーが契約してるから
勝手に変えられないでしょう？
このコメントに他と比較してみろと会社？から返信いただきましたが？同じプロパンガス会社と比べても同じだろうよ。全て仙台市は都市ガスにした方が良いです。

Compare this comment with others and the company? Did you reply from? It will be the same compared to the same propane gas company. It is better to use city gas for all Sendai cities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台事務所の電話番号に電話をし、直接出向いて用紙を貰えるか確認し「大丈夫」との回答だったので、行ってみると事務所には鍵が掛かり、インターホンを鳴らすも反応無し。
再度電話すると、仙台事務所に電話すると多賀城の本社へ転送され、仙台事務所は無人とのこと。なら電話口で「仙台プロパンです」だけじゃなくて事務所名か、本社とか付けて電話に出るべき。またHPにも本社に転送される旨記載すべき。
結局、時間と電車賃を無駄にする羽目になった。一般企業ならありえない対応というか体制だと感じた。

In the end, I ended up wasting time and train fare. I felt that it was a system that would not be possible for a general company.
